Salute to Citizen Diplomacy
In recognition of the important contributions of the hundreds of thousands of volunteer citizen diplomats throughout the United States, NCIV published A Salute to Citizen Diplomacy: a History of the National Council for International Visitors. Teacher Exchange Directory

UPDATED! This publication was created by the National Council for International Visitors in 2002 and updated in March 2006. It was originally meant to serve as a thank you gift that NCIV members can give to teachers for hosting participants in the U.S. Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Program and other exchanges in their classrooms and for otherwise involving their students in NCIV member activities. This directory highlights various exchange programs in which teachers can participate, and categorizes them according to program length.
